However, it is understood that Premier Travel are acting as an agent on behalf of the travel organiser and all bookings are accepted by Premier Travel and arrangements made subject to the conditions imposed by the travel organiser.

Your contract is with the travel organiser(s) with whom you have made your booking via our website, who are supplying your tickets and other travel arrangements. PremierTravel is acting as an agent on behalf of this/these company/ies. Premier Travel in their capacity as agents are not liable for any passenger loss, damage, flight changes, delay, injury, cancellation or any additional expenses suffered by the passenger, however caused, for any reason beyond their control. In addition Premier Travel  will not accept any claim for consequential loss as a result of their actions however caused. All special requests are made on the understanding that Premier Travel  are acting in the capacity of an agent with no direct control over the provision of any such requests. Premier Travel  will not accept any claim due to the non-provision of any special request made on a passenger’s behalf. All reservations are subject to operator/airline confirmation and booking conditions.

CANCELLATION – The operator with whom your booking has been made must be informed in writing of any cancellation. Tour operators and/or airline cancellation charges will apply. NB you may be able to make a claim under your travel insurance policy if your cancellation falls within the provisions of the policy.

AMENDMENTS – Travel arrangements, particularly flights, may not allow any changes from the original reservation. Any allowable change will carry a minimum administration fee of £10 plus any charges applied by the travel organiser.

PASSENGER DETAILS – All child and infant ages must relate to the age on return travel date.

INSURANCE – Our booking conditions require you to obtain adequate travel insurance. Such insurance should ensure that you are fully covered against unexpected cancellation charges, medical expenses, loss of luggage or money, and personal liability claims. It is strongly recommended that you accept insurance offered by us. Premier Travel  is absolved of all personal liabilities, which may arise due to your failure to take out adequate insurance cover. When travelling to countries within the EEC you are advised to take with you Dept of Health leaflet E111. This can be obtained and validated at the Post Office.

VISAS/PASSPORTS – You are advised that you will be responsible for acquiring any and all entry visas required for your holiday. You are also responsible for ensuring you are in possession of a passport valid as required by the country/ies you are visiting. Please note some countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months after your return to the UK. Passport and visa information is available via ‘Useful Links’ on our website.

FLIGHT RECONFIRMATION – Passengers must re-confirm all flights with airlines at least 72 hours prior to departure.

TICKETS – Most tickets and vouchers will be available for printing from the operators booking system or will be sent direct by the operator to you. Any tickets which are sent to Premier Travel  will be forwarded immediately upon receipt. Premier Travel  send tickets by post at passengers own risk. On request tickets can be sent by recorded delivery or guaranteed delivery services or arrangements made for tickets to be collected from our offices. Passengers will be responsible for all costs of special delivery services. Tickets on departure are arranged at passenger’s own risk.
